আলু পিতিকা (Mashed Potatos)

Ingredients:
Potatos, preferably of a sandy variety and big size | – 300 gm |
Mustard oil | – 2 tbsp |
Onion | – 20 gm |
Green chilli | – two |
Coriander leaves | |
Salt as required |
Method:
Boil the potatoes in water, peel and mash them. Add mustard oil, salt and mash thoroughly with a large fork. Add shredded onion, the chopped green chilli and coriander leaves. Serve as a first course with rice and pulse (dal).
