ৰঙা লাও পিতিকা (Mashed Sweet gourd)

Ingredients:
Sweet gourd (Cucurbita maxima) | – 250 gm |
Mustard oil | – 2 tbsp |
Green chilli | – two |
Salt to taste |
Method:
Remove the rind of the sweet gourd and cut to convenient sizes to allow their boiling in water. After boiling, take out into a flat pan or a bowl, mash the pulp adding salt, mustard oil, and green chillies till it is smooth and almost paste like. Serve hot.
